large public bath, convenient convenience store, modern decor
Front desk's lack of support for restaurant reservations leaves much to be desired!!! Plus, the hurried checkout process is frustrating—standard practice should include options for late departures!!!

Strongly recommend for a lightning trip
Comfortable room, delightful breakfast, with fresh ingredients like mentaiko and local vegetable burdocks, and a great location just 4 km from the nearest airport.
Couldn't have been better.

great location but minor room remarks
The location is fantastic, right across from a major shopping mall. The room is spacious with modern decor and very clean.
The city view was nice, but the bathroom could use a bit more space.

Ask for a rooftop public bath schedule. visiting during off-peak hours enhanced my relaxation experience without the crowd.

The breakfast selection stood out with amazing varieties, particularly the bacon, elevating the morning experience. The room design was impressive, being larger than typical business hotels, complemented by the new facilities. However, despite the great amenities, it would be beneficial to have more variety in breakfast over consecutive days. Additionally, the location, while not far from major transportation, required a bit of a walk. Overall, the experience was positive with helpful staff and cleanliness.

The rooftop public bath offers a unique way to relax after a day in the city, with a nice view to boot. The hotel boasts modern design elements that create a comfortable atmosphere, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the amenities.
The Comfort Double Room felt cramped, especially with one side of the bed pushed against the wall and limited lighting. Breakfast options were heavily skewed towards Japanese cuisine, which might not appeal to all tastes, lacking a good variety for those accustomed to Western-style meals. Plus, trying to reserve dinner at the hotel restaurant came off as complicated. we ended up dining out instead.

I loved the rooftop public bath. it offered a fantastic view and a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, making it feel so inviting. The staff treated us with such warmth. They were friendly and genuinely helpful, which added a lot to our experience. One issue arose during check-in when I found some confusion about our luggage handling, needing to repeat a check-in process that seemed unnecessary. Communication about dining reservations could also be better as we faced some minor challenges with that. These inconveniences were not major but could improve the overall flow of the stay.
